Recently there was a study published in JAMA (Journal of the American Medical Association) that concluded that women need to exercise 1 hour per day 7 days per week to MAINTAIN weight, let alone lose weight. Women lead very busy lives and finding the time for 1 hour of exercise every day sounds more like burden than anything else.
