December 2025 | Thriving Through Winter: Hormones, Mental Health, and Seasonal Wellness
As winter settles in, it’s an ideal time to slow down, reflect, and support your health on every level. This newsletter explores seasonal eating for nourishment and flavor, staying well during the holidays, understanding hormone balance for both women and men, and the importance of meaningful mental health support—especially during reflective end-of-year moments. Together, these insights encourage a whole-person approach to wellness, helping you feel more grounded, energized, and aligned through the colder months and into the new year.
We wish you a lovely end to your 2025, and we thank our community for another tremendous year of health and healing.
Integrative Insights: Women’s Hormones, GLP-1 Use, Healing & Hope | April 2025
As we celebrate our 23rd year of the Stram Center, I’m filled with gratitude for the incredible community that continues to grow with us. Over the years, one thing has remained constant: our commitment to learning, evolving, and providing integrative care that treats the whole person.
In this issue, we focus on women’s health—sharing ways to support estrogen detoxification naturally, manage hormonal shifts through food and lifestyle, and address common concerns like PMS, heavy periods, and hair loss from a functional medicine perspective. We also take a closer look at emerging treatments like GLP-1 medications, the importance of staying on top of health screenings, and the healing power of self-care—especially when practiced in community.
Thank you for being part of our journey. We’re honored to be part of yours.
Warmly,
Ronald Stram, M.D.

September Newsletter: Fall Into Wellness
April Newsletter: Expand Your Knowledge about Lyme disease
December Newsletter: Navigating Misinformation about Lyme
As we turn a new chapter into 2024, I write to express my most sincere gratitude for my community and team for coming together and celebrating our 20-year celebration earlier this fall. For over two decades I have dedicated my career in this type of investigative, person-centered medicine that is truly my passion in life. Everyday I am privileged to learn aside my talented staff and continue working to investigate the root cause of the most challenging illnesses.
This month’s newsletter is focused on education on the misinformation circling about tick-borne illnesses. Lyme is a complex disease that many health care providers fail to investigate. I am determined to help my community navigate this challenging disease and advocate for those who may have been dismissed about their symptoms previously. READ THE NEWSLETTER NOW!
Thank you everyone for such an amazing 20 years, and I look forward to a future of more healing, learning, and connecting with my team and community.
