Kathryn Boulter N.D.

Licensed Naturopathic Doctor: CA, VT

As a naturopathic doctor, I strive to help you find and treat your individual obstacles to health. I believe the body has an inherent power to heal itself if given the right conditions, and health is all about balance.

Using a holistic approach, we identify physical problems and also address the emotional and spiritual aspects of your health. Some issues I commonly treat include infections, environmental toxins, gastrointestinal problems, immune dysfunction, and inflammation. I am passionate about helping you re-discover your balance!

My aim is to use the best tools available to affect positive changes in your health. Your treatment plan may involve diet and lifestyle recommendations as well as herbal medicine, nutrient supplementation, IV therapy, and medications when needed. Establishing an optimal diet, replacing depleted nutrients, clearing toxins, and infections and improving your gut health can lead to deep healing. Working with me takes a personal commitment to your own health; it is important to communicate and set achievable goals together to find your path to success.

I welcome patients with simple or complex medical needs and am committed to providing competent and compassionate care to all races, ethnicities, gender identities and sexual orientations. As a patient, you can expect an individualized treatment plan to address your personal health concerns and goals. I am excited to be part of the Stram Center team of collaborating providers to provide compassionate healthcare to our patients.

When not working, I am hiking with my dog, cooking plant based meals, or exploring my artistic side. This helps me maintain balance in my own life!
