Refreshing & Simple Smoothie Bowls

This is a staple in the nutrition world! Smoothie bowls are cost effective and provide you with nutrients. This smoothie bowl is high in fiber, antioxidants, Vitamin C, Manganese and Potassium. This is a great recipe for those who are trying to get in a lot of nutrients to their diet. This is also perfect for freezing, if you are on the go!

Ingredients

1.     1 Cup Milk (Any of your choice)

2.     ½ Cup Banana 

3.     ¼ Cup of Frozen, Chopped Spinach

4.     1/3 Cup Chia Seeds

5.     ¼ Cup Protein Powder (plant-protein is recommended) 

6.     1 Teaspoon Honey

Preparation Steps

1.     Add the milk, banana, spinach, chia seeds, protein powder, and honey to a blender. Blend until combined.

2.     Top off with fruit, nuts, and more chia seeds.

Total Time: 10 Minutes:

Calories: 200 per 1 Bowl (Depending on brand & Type of Protein Powder).

Servings: 2-3
