Peanut Butter Energy Balls

This energy ball is a perfect treat for those who are following a low refined sugar diet. These energy balls also pack a lot of nutrients and complex carbohydrates for energy. These energy balls are high in healthy fats, magnesium, fiber, and protein. This treat will keep you full longer and is great for on-the-go needs! These balls can also be frozen for up to 3 months!

Ingredients

1.     ½ Cup of Rolled Oats 

2.     1/3 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter

3.     ¼ Cup Raisins

4.     2 Teaspoons Chocolate chips (can be omitted)

5.     1 Tablespoon Honey (any sweetener of your choice)

6.     ¼  Cup Coconut Flakes

Preparation Steps

1.     Combine rolled oats, peanut butter, raisins, chocolate chips and honey in a medium sized bowl.

2.     Begin rolling the combined ingredients into small, bite sized, balls. 

3.     Sprinkle coconut flakes on top of each ball.

Total Time: 10 Minutes

Calories: 200 Calories for 1 Ball
