Green Tahini Dressing

Perfect for topping off your favorite protein and veggie dish! This dressing provides loads of flavor to your diet while also providing you with nutrients. The green tahini dressing is a good source of Omega-9 fats, B-Vitamins, protein, and it is a detoxifying agent. This dressing will aid in digestion. Adding this delicious dressing to your food will help you stay on track with your healthy diet! 

Ingredients

1.     2 Cloves of Garlic, whole & peeled

2.     1 Whole Lemon, Juiced 

3.     2/3 Cup Tahini Sauce

4.     Salt & Pepper (sprinkle, to taste)

5.     ½ Cup of Cilantro (or arugula) 

6.     ¼ Cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil (add more for a thinner consistency) 

Preparation Steps

1.     Add your garlic, lemon juice, tahini, light amounts of salt and pepper, and EVOO to a food processor. Blend until smooth.

2.     Add more olive oil or water for a thinner consistency.
