Chia Seed Pudding

Chia seeds are dense in nutrients, rich in antioxidants, and high in fiber. Chia seed pudding is a great dessert alternative for those who are on a low-carb and low-sugar diet. Chia seeds have a low number of calories and are rich in omega-3 fatty acids. This pudding can be as sweet as you would like it! Adding fruits on top of the pudding is also a way to increase fruit intake and make the dessert even healthier!

Ingredients

1.     ½ Cup of Milk (Non-Dairy or Dairy) 

2.     ¼ Cup of Chia Seeds

3.     Flavoring of your choice: Berries, Cocoa Powder, Cinnamon (2-3 tablespoons)

Preparation Steps

1.     Add the milk to a small bowl and then the chia seeds. Stir for 1-2  minutes

2.     Add your flavoring

3.     Stir for another 1-2 minutes

4.     Refrigerate for 3-4 hours

Total Time: 3 Hours & 5 Minutes

Freeze Time: 3 Hours

Calories: 120 Servings: 2-4
