One of the crucial parts of my healing was definitely HBOT. I did in total 20 sessions and it helped! I felt results in my energy and really believed it helped my all over inflammation. Still on my healing path but I am so much better than I was. True healing is a marathon, not a sprint!

Lisa treated myself and my daughter over a period of three months. My daughter was extremely ill and getting treatment for Lyme disease and Lisa’s myofascial massages were the sole reason she managed to get her through the treatment. They helped to relieve the pain of the Lyme and the herx symptoms of the treatment. Before Lisa started her work Lorna (aged 13) had not been touched by anyone for over a year as she was in so much pain. She absolutely loves Lisa to this day, as do I. As well as Lisa’s very in depth knowledge of her work, she is very highly trained in myofascial massage, she also has healing hands and a wonderful kind heart that makes everyone want to be in her company.
