Yoga has many benefits from staying fit to establishment of mental clarity, and even aiding in pain management.

Yoga conditions the body (physically/mentally/emotionally) to be in its best possible state. With regular yoga practice, stiffness, pain, rigidity, stress and weakness transforms into flexibility, increased mobility, strength, and ease of being.

By studying how we hold our posture and the way we hold our muscles on our frame we cultivate an awareness of the body that can change chronic pain into continual healing.
