Our personal trainer, Guido T. Iovinella, has been carefully selected for his success and devotion in helping others his whole life to having healthy and fit bodies. The most important factor for success is simply “showing up”. Guido’s experience from tracking his clients over a year, has shown that those that made a 12 week commitment are more likely to incorporate exercise as part of their daily routines.
What to Expect in a Fitness Training Session
Your first session with Guido will involve a detailed discussion of your goals. Some of his clients will be working with our weight loss program practitioners with specific goals already set, other clients will work directly with Guido to develop physical goals together.
With personal one-on-one guidance, Guido will teach you how to have a quality program to fit your individual needs.
Your joints and tissue muscles of your back, gluteus and hamstrings will become stronger and your abdominal core will be the strongest it has ever been.
No Exercise Equipment Necessary!
Guido’s formula: short, quality fat loss workouts for men and women to do at home with minimal to no equipment. Use of different body weight moves and some use of kettle bells is paramount to the program.
In addition to the outstanding fat loss benefits when you incorporate kettle bells, you will also develop power endurance, stamina as well as the cardiovascular benefits that you would get from a traditional cardio workout without all the time needed to accomplish it.
You will be amazed at what you can accomplish in 30 minutes with Guido’s focused individualized workouts. You no longer need to spend 2 hours on a treadmill. Anyone has 30 minutes of time and if you say you don't, Guido will help you find it in your schedule.
Variety is the Key to Success
Guido’s workouts change every four weeks, as he believes that one of the main principals for success in changing your body in any way is variety.
Fees: Please note fitness programs are a commitment by the client. Refunds are not issued except for extenuating circumstances.
Initial assessment and workout: 1 hour; $65.
Follow up 30 minute sessions: $65/session
Bring a friend/workout partner and share the session: $75/session
