Every Wednesday evening at 7:30 pm, since 2005, the Center has offered free guided meditation sessions. The free meditation sessions were available at The Center to practice and experience the deep state of meditation. These sessions served as an introduction for beginners as well as a practice for experienced individuals in the cultivation of clarity and mindfulness.

Held at The Stram Center for Integrative Medicine (directions) a mere 10 minutes south of Albany, NY in Delmar, NY.
