Therapeutic Massage Can Help You With:

  • Blood circulation
  • Digestive system support
  • Insomnia
  • Low back pain
  • Lymph system support
  • Muscle relaxation
  • Limited range of motion in elderly
  • Posture
  • Immune enhancement
  • Prevention of new injuries
  • Sports injuries
  • Stress relief
  • Surgical recovery
  • Softening of scar tissue
  • Anxiety and Depression
  • Migraines
  • Positive body awareness

Besides releasing restrictions or relieving contractions in muscles, joints, and surrounding connective tissue coverings ("fascia"), massage techniques also increases circulation. This helps the body eliminate waste and aids in bringing nutrients to areas of trauma or injury thereby speeding the healing process of your condition.

By improving your circulation, massage also aids in the draining of excess fluid retained from surgery, injury and pregnancy.

Because massage relieves stress so effectively, it can also serve as an effective supportive therapy for people undergoing counseling treatments.

With an increasing number of studies showing these benefits of therapeutic massage, and its increasing popularity in the United States, you'll be assured that this age old therapy will safely and effectively address your needs.

Raindrop Essential Oil Massage Technique

Raindrop Essential Oil Massage is a powerful healing tool utilizing the layering of 8 to 10 pure, therapeutic-grade essential oils on the feet and the spine to encourage deep cellular healing. This combination of essential oils works together to effectively kill bacteria, viruses and other pathogens within the body, including those "hiding" within the central nervous system that are so hard to treat. This technique also reduces inflammation, supports the immune system, relaxes tight muscles, eases bone and joint pain, and supports respiratory function.

The session can be strictly an essential oil massage, lasting about a 1/2 hour, or it can last about an hour. Unique to the Stram Center, this technique can be combined with your accupuncture treatment with Rebecca Rice.

Raindrop Essential Oil Massage is exceptional for people working through the challenges of Lyme disease, cancer, and other chronic diseases and conditions. In cases like this it is recommended that the person receive a Raindrop massage weekly for 4 to 6 weeks.

This is a very powerful combination of healing elements for all aspects of the body. It is also deeply relaxing and rejuvenating. See what including occasional Raindrop Essential Oil Massages can do for your health and healing; Call (518) 689-2244 to make your appointment with Rebecca Rice, L.Ac
