Cost: $20 per person
Join Amy, our very own registered nurse, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Reiki Healer II, on the first Saturday of the month for a 90 minute guided journey through the seven major energy centers (chakras) in the body using gentle yoga postures and breathing techniques. No experience necessary. Chakra music throughout the practice, with essential oils & Reiki during final relaxation. This class is designed to help us tune into this subtle energy system unblocking and recharging all seven major centers in the body. You will leave feeling relaxed, renewed & recharged.
